Seasonal Venue Host

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Seasonal Venue Host at Australian Outback Spectacular. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and entertaining environment for our guests.

The role involves interacting with guests to ensure they have a fantastic experience, managing crowd flow, and assisting with venue setup and operations. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment and acting as a Fire Warden in an evacuation situation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work confidently within a team environment. You should also be able to direct large crowds of people efficiently and have reliable transportation to and from work.

About The Role
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Manage crowd flow and ensure efficient entry and exit procedures
  • Assist with venue setup and operations
  • Maintain a safe working environment and act as Fire Warden in an evacuation situation
Key Responsibilities
  • Warm up the crowd by participating in live show entertainment
  • Ensure all guests flow through the front gate as efficiently as possible
  • Assist with load-in and seating issues that may arise
  • Maintain a safe working environment and act as Fire Warden in an emergency
  • Process bookings, issue tickets and assist Box Office when required
