About this role:
- Lead and support a team of 10 professionals.
- Provide stability and calm leadership to a team that has experienced recent change, helping them navigate and adjust.
- Collaborate with participants to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused support.
- Adapt to existing processes and contribute positively to a strong and supportive culture.
- Be involved in creative and community-building events, such as poetry contests and annual dog walks.
Key qualifications for this position:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or leadership role.
- A current driver's license with capacity for regular travel.
- A people-focused leader with a calm, steady approach.
- An individual who values continuity, stability, and relationship-building.
- Australian Work Rights and a Working with Vulnerable People Check, along with a current Police Check.
