About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences? Do you have a strong track record of leadership and team management? We're seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative service concepts to enhance guest satisfaction.
  2. Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
  3. Coordinate day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experiences.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting staff engagement and morale.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in local marketing knowledge and promotions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
