Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming combat system items, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to project expectations.
  • Support inventory updates, maintaining accurate record keeping and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate material movements between sites, including preparing items for transport and ensuring safe handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist in the compilation and quality checks of connector kits under direction of engineering teams.
  • Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports for review by the Supply Support Lead.
  • Support site inspections and depopulation activities at designated locations.
  • Provide direct support to the DDG Supply Chain team and the Supply Support Lead.
  • Highlight and escalate risks that could impact Receipt of Material in Yard (RMIY) milestones.
About You
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with inventory or material management systems is also beneficial.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder delivery environments is essential.
  • Able to work both independently and under close supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
