Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to plan and coordinate logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials to site.
  • Coordinate safe loading practices within the workshop and onto sub-contractors.
  • Provide guidance and delegate tasks effectively to a small team of material handlers and fork-lift operators.
  • Plan required resources in advance to ensure on-time delivery (DIFOT).

Requirements:

  • Valid LF ticket (forklift) and experience operating a forklift with materials exceeding 12m in length.
  • Experience in a similar logistics role and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent planning and contingency management skills.
