Job Description

As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing: You will be responsible for placing and managing purchase orders to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: You will coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, working with freight providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Sales Order Processing: You will accurately process and track sales orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Customer & Internal Liaison: You will act as a key point of contact between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain relationships, clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management: You will monitor and maintain stock levels, update inventory databases, and forecast future supply needs.
  • Order Tracking: You will ensure all sales orders are accurately tracked and communicated to customers throughout the delivery process.
  • Shipment Coordination: You will organize dispatches and deliveries to align with client schedules and expectations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering products is essential.
  • CNC or cutting tool experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are required.
  • Proficiency in inventory and order management systems is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset are required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
