**Job Title:** Supply Chain Coordinator

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming items, ensuring accurate record keeping and efficient material movements between sites.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and inventory updates
  • Prepare items for transport and ensure safe handling procedures are followed
  • Support site inspections and depopulation activities
  • Provide direct support to the DDG Supply Chain team

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with inventory or material management systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint)
  • Exposure to Defence logistics, hazmat, or demil processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and under close supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
