Job Role: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to collaborate with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts and equipment, as well as conducting technical assessments and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying Alternate Parts and confirming their Form-Fit-Function equivalence.
  • Conduct technical assessments of Alternate Items of Supply, onboard audits, and collection of associated data.
  • Audit Registerable Plant and collect/register associated data.
  • Assist in collecting pre-acceptance maintenance triggers and associated data for Combat Systems equipment.
  • Audit ILS data against the combat system.
  • Condition Assess removed/return equipment for refurbishment or re-testing required and remaining life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold relevant qualifications such as Whole Life Warship Capability (BMT).
  • Complete APS Mandatory Training.
  • Possess Security Clearance NV-1.
  • Have Responsible Recordkeeping skills.
  • Be proficient in Classified Document Handling.
  • Navigate US Export Controls.
  • Have knowledge of Export Controlled Material licensed or exemption.
  • Be familiar with ERP SAPNAV SAP S/4HANA Basic Navigation.
  • Understand ERP Performance and Goals (P&G) Employee.
  • Know Sentinel Fundamentals.
  • Have ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Accreditation.
  • Proficient in JIRA.
  • Tech-savvy.
