Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Aspect Personnel Full time $100,000 - $140,000 per year

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from concept through to detailed design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, BMS integration, etc.) using Revit.
  • Produce accurate, coordinated BIM models and drawings across all project stages.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems with other building services.
  • Apply sustainable design principles and deliver efficient, buildable engineering solutions.
  • Support project delivery by maintaining quality, cost, and program targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years' experience in mechanical building services engineering/design.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including family creation, clash detection, and model coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and/or institutional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail and documentation quality.
