Regional Business Development Specialist

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to support and expand relationships with our key customers in NSW, while managing the NSW Mining Account Managers. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, driving market share, and delivering strategic growth initiatives. You will also be responsible for implementing efficiencies, standardization, and planning across all NSW mine sites.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Trade
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the mining industry
- Ability to understand systems, processes, and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labor, asset utilization, customer, and employee satisfaction
- Proven track record of sales to budget achievements and growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
