Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our programs and attract prospective students.
  • Analyze and evaluate current and future trends of students, including international market insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively.
  • Advise on the creation of marketing collateral, including e-flyers, newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns for courses, workshops, and training programs.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative market research to inform strategies.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence to the management on market conditions, pricing, course offering, scholarship grants, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze, review, and advise on pricing strategies by performing market analysis to boost enrollment.
  • Establish strong partnerships with student recruitment agents.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Australian experience is preferred.
  • Able to perform statistical marketing analysis.
  • Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Experience in media buying, planning, strategy, and activation.
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
