About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of GKR Transport in our Redbank Office. This full-time role involves managing invoicing, providing accurate quotes, handling customer service inquiries, and processing data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing for on-forwarders and provide accurate quotes for other depots
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Answer incoming calls and liaise directly with clients daily
  • Accurately process data entry, check invoicing, and manage consignment notes
  • Ensure timely and effective handling of all customer requests

About You

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferably in a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment
  • Strong communication skills that will allow you to liaise with varied customers
  • A strong proactive customer service approach
  • Reliable, can work independently with minimal supervision and be part of a team in delivering daily results
  • Experience in bookings and coordination transport with approved carriers
  • Understanding of operations process in a distribution company
  • Experience using Office 365
