About the Role:
Spectrum Transport is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Allocator to join our dynamic and fun environment at our Redbank Depot. As a key member of our afternoon shift team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing daily runs and routing, ensuring all operations are supervised effectively and CoR requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily allocation plans to optimize fleet utilization and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG fleet allocation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.
