Fleet Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our QLD operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet allocation process. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement daily runs and routing, ensuring that all operations are supervised effectively and CoR requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking consignments and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • Developing and maintaining data reconciliation and customer reporting.
  • Proactively managing unplanned emergencies and advising clients of any planned/unplanned delays.
  • Reviewing and actioning operational requirements to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • FMCG fleet allocation background with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Strong manifesting and allocation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Southeast Queensland region and ability to navigate complex transportation networks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with varied stakeholders, including customers, drivers, and management.
