Job Description

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly customers to maintain their independence at home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and assistance with daily tasks, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
