About Home Care Support Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with transportation for clients.
  • Build meaningful relationships and brighten someone's day.

What We Offer:
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts.
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $30.86 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time.

Requirements:
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car.
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start.
