Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage product warranty claims, provide accurate and timely resolutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and warranty terms.

This role involves reviewing, processing, and validating warranty claims in accordance with company policies and warranty guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of resolutions.
  • Communicate with customers, dealers, and service providers regarding warranty coverage, claim status, and resolutions.
  • Analyze product issues to determine eligibility for warranty coverage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all warranty claims, decisions, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on warranty trends and claim patterns.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration, claims management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to interpret warranty terms and conditions accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or warranty management systems.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
