Job Title

After Sales Junior Customer Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional after-sales services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and service requests to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver timely repairs, warranties, spare parts, and transportation within set timelines and SLAs.
  • Prioritize tasks based on customer requirements and adjust accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • One to two years of experience in customer service or after-sales roles.

Education:

  • HSC or equivalent as a minimum; tertiary education is favorably considered.
