Program Director

We are seeking a Diploma-Qualified Program Director to oversee the implementation and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for children in our care.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced educator to work collaboratively with educators, families, and the community to deliver excellence in early childhood education while upholding a commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement innovative, play-based, Reggio Emilia focused, and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
  • Actively promote and maintain a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children within your care.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular communication about their child's progress and promoting involvement in their child's program.
  • Ensure programs meet all regulatory requirements, deliver innovation, and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in leading educational programs in an early childhood setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child protection legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members.
  • A deep commitment to safeguarding children and upholding their rights.
