About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic retail operations team at Retailworld Resourcing. This role involves conducting in-store and on-site consultations with customers, providing expert advice and personalized solutions for custom-made window furnishings. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by leveraging our extensive range of fabrics and décor products.
Duties:
- Conduct on-site visits to customer locations, offering expert advice and custom solutions for window furnishings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Store Managers and Team Leaders, to ensure seamless operations.
- Pursue sales leads, build a client base, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
About You:
You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in face-to-face sales. You thrive in a customer-centric environment and possess strong negotiation skills. A background in window furnishings or a similar field is advantageous, but not essential. Your proactive attitude and ability to work independently make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Benefits:
- Attractive Compensation: $54K annual salary + super + commission + company car. Guaranteed commission of $1,500 each month for the first 3 months or $800 each month for the first 6 months.
