**Job Title:** Aboriginal Strategy Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our Aboriginal Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan.

  • This is a permanent opportunity based in Osborne Park, where you will work closely with a small high-impact team to drive business outcomes and improve relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role

You will be responsible for developing culturally intelligent strategies, leading complex projects, and providing governance support. Your exceptional project management skills, combined with your ability to engage senior management and build strong collaborations, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement culturally intelligent strategies to drive business outcomes and improve stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead complex projects involving liaison with multiple committees and steering groups.
  • Provide governance support and advice to ensure ongoing reviews are undertaken and improvements implemented.
  • Engage senior management on the implementation of the strategy.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, supported by experience in strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Considerable experience in supporting business processes and communications for a government or large corporation.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, highly developed verbal/written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders at senior management levels.
