Job Description:
As a seasoned
strategy consultant
, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and transformation for our esteemed clients. You will lead consulting engagements, collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders, and deliver actionable strategies that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing client engagements across various industries
Developing high-impact recommendations through complex problem-solving approaches
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Guiding junior team members and supporting their professional development
Contributing to business development efforts through proposals, client pitches, and IP development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting
Strong project experience in at least two of the focus sectors (Private Equity, Digital & Analytics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods & Retail)
Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage teams
Analytical, structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree from a leading institution; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
