Strategy Consultant Job Description

As a seasoned strategy consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and transformation for esteemed clients. You will lead consulting engagements, collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, and deliver actionable strategies that drive measurable impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client engagements across various industries
  • Develop high-impact recommendations through complex problem-solving approaches
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Guide junior team members and support their professional development
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposals, client pitches, and IP development
Requirements:
  1. 5–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting
  2. Strong project experience in at least two focus sectors (Private Equity, Digital & Analytics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods & Retail)
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage teams
  4. Analytical, structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
  6. Bachelor's degree from a leading institution; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
