Key Roles

We are seeking a professional to work in our team, focusing on building relationships with Small Business customers.

This role involves working closely with referral partners and our banking channels to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Small Business and Home Lending, as well as strong people skills and business acumen.

You will be embedded locally, working out of one of our branches, and will be responsible for managing your workload independently while on the go.

  • A proven track record of delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong organisational skills, especially for managing workload independently while on the go.
  • Able to present details and build effective external and internal referral networks.
