  • Coordinating client services and caregiver schedules to meet operational goals and activities.
  • Providing phone support to the Client Services and Administration team, including participating in a rotating on-call roster.
  • Supporting the Administration Team to meet operational goals and activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in Aged Care, scheduling or rostering, or an understanding of the SCHADS Award.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient computer use, including standard office software such as the MS Office Suite.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia with no restrictions.
