Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and excellence across the NSW region. This position is responsible for overseeing hearing clinics, meeting sales revenue targets, and ensuring high productivity and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive area sales growth.
- Lead and support initiatives that underpin the business strategy, including revenue generation and sales management.
- Collaborate with the Retail Excellence Team to implement corrective actions and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Support customer acquisition through local marketing initiatives and in-store CRM processes.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of development and growth.
- Proven experience in field operations management, preferably in audiology, retail, optometry, or pharmacy.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Commercially focused, with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
- Adaptable and able to navigate high-change environments.
