About the Role:

We're seeking a Customer Service Super Star to join our engaging Customer Experience team at Laminex Australia. Our culture values people and growth, offering endless opportunities for your career.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in making it easy to do business with Laminex. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll handle an array of customer enquiries, including handling orders, tracking deliveries, addressing technical queries, and managing credits via phone, email, and webchat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile and Dynamic Approach: Balance various systems and processes in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate key information to internal teams.
  • Performance-Driven: Strive to achieve key contact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset, understanding and addressing customer needs with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
