Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing several projects to support the delivery of digital transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities- To develop project plans to improve and develop services and implement change, persuading and negotiating with stakeholders as needed.
- To work with operational teams to help embed a culture of continuous improvement enabled by digital transformation, using effective communication skills to challenge current practices and propose change.
- To bring new working and project management quality and quality improvement principles to clinical and administrative teams at every level.
- To communicate project development and quality improvements to services and leads, assessing their impact on service delivery.
- To collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders, conveying complex information and facilitating meetings with diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and communication skills, planning and organisational skills, leadership and motivation skills.
- Experience of managing change and planning and delivery of projects in a public sector setting.
