About the Role:

We're a restaurant and bar that will own the bustling theatre district, and we'll hero local seasonal produce that excites the senses. Reporting into the Executive Chef, you'll be part of a team dedicated to crafting an unforgettable experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • A quirky attitude with a passion for innovation and creativity across the restaurant, private dining spaces, and special events.

You'll have a full knowledge of, and practice the hotel's established occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S). You'll work closely with the Executive Chef, Front of House team, and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. With a strong understanding of financial reporting, including menu costing, COGs, labour, and wastage, you'll be able to manage costs and drive profitability.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year's experience in a similar position, who can work a range of shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays. You'll need strong written and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
