Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options;
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences;
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation;
- 3+ years of experience as a chef or cook in a healthcare setting;
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent;
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantageous);

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Physical fitness to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting.
