Efficient Administrative Support
Our organisation is seeking an efficient administrative professional to support office operations on a part-time basis.
About the RoleThis role plays a crucial function in ensuring administrative tasks are managed effectively, customer service is provided with excellence, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities Include- Manage visitor inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Organise job entries, respond to urgent tasks, and prepare accurate invoices
- Store electronic records by uploading job-related documents and coordinate induction processes for new technicians
- Compile and distribute daily run sheets, collect and process employee timesheets, and manage accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafe regulations and other industry standards
- Document meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up as necessary
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar field
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and database management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to WorkSafe is advantageous
This part-time position involves 25 hours per week, with specific days and hours to be determined. The opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on business needs exists.
