Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer experiences, including welcoming visitors and connecting them with our team members.

You will be required to manage phone calls professionally and perform administrative tasks efficiently.

Your key skills should include excellent literacy in office software, professional communication, and attention to detail.

This is an immediate start opportunity, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30am to 3pm for an initial period of 3 months.

Our services cover various regions, including Geelong, Western Melbourne, Warrnambool, and Southwest Victoria.
