Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR professional to join our team in providing high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of TCWA Programs: Manage the administration of various programs, including TCWA Apprentice & Trainee program.
  • Work Experience Coordination: Coordinate work experience programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • HR and Inbox Management: Monitor HR and Apprentice inbox and assist with queries in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Compliance: Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perspectives Files Maintenance: Maintain and update personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generalist and Project-Based Tasks: Support generalist and project-based tasks for the HR team.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A recent degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • A passion for human resources and a can-do attitude.
  • An interest in developing and establishing skills in human resources.
  • A proactive and organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.
