**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Director to oversee payroll administration and related functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Pay and Conditions team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality payroll services, and coordinating internal and external reporting. This includes:

  • Team Management: Lead the Pay and Conditions team to provide expert payroll advice and support.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processing, leave provisions, SAP functions, and technical support.
  • Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, process, and present data for business use.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports in line with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the payroll function.
