As a key member of our vibrant inner-city team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at Crystalbrook Vincent.

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold, and bursting with energy to join our dynamic group. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and consistently high standards of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing warm and personalized welcome to guests
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction ratings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous hotel guest service experience
  • Strong IT skills and process knowledge
  • Familiarity with Opera (PMS)
  • A keen attention to detail
  • A working knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism
