**About the Job**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our hotel operations team. Based at one of our properties, this Full-Time position is crucial in delivering an exceptional first impression to our potential guests.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maximizing revenue by upselling and converting new enquiries.
  • Working collaboratively with all departments to ensure seamless and smooth guest experiences.

This Full Time position is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage required during peak periods.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a 5 Star Hotel or resort environment.
  • Excellent phone manner, attention to detail, and strong administration skills.
  • A sense of urgency, ensuring all reservation enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to upsell Hotel and Spa services to maximize revenue.
