Hotel Hospitality Professional
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic hotel hospitality professional to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service to guests across front-of-house departments
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and respond promptly to queries
- Take bookings, provide helpful information, and enter reservations
- Address guest requests and complaints in a positive manner
- Assist with Food & Beverage service and clean guest rooms
- Show strong attention to detail in all aspects of your work
Requirements
- Previous hotel front office reception experience is highly desirable
- Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills are essential
- You should be positive, friendly, and guest-oriented
- A strong attention to detail is required
- You must be flexible and willing to work across a seven-day roster
- RSA certification is necessary
