Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve incidents and problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our enterprise ticketing system.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in documenting technical information and investigations.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in using and supporting ICT in a professional environment is an asset.
