Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in documenting technical information and investigations.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in using and supporting ICT in a professional environment is an asset.
