We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist.
This role involves providing exceptional technical support in a dynamic environment, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess experience working within an enterprise IT Service Desk function.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve first-level incidents and requests via phone and our ITSM platform
- Deliver prompt and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to ongoing service improvements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within an enterprise IT Service Desk function
- Contribute to improving the lives of many in the community
