Business Services Manager

We are seeking a Business Services Manager to lead client engagements, support team development, and play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience in business services or advisory, with proven experience managing clients and leading teams. They will also possess excellent tax knowledge and practical problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail and accountability.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients
  • Lead and review compliance and advisory engagements
  • Review tax returns and financial statements
  • Deliver proactive strategic advice to clients
  • Develop and coach junior and intermediate team members
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to internal initiatives
Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in business services or advisory
  • Proven experience managing clients and leading teams
  • Excellent tax knowledge and practical problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
