Senior Accounting Advisory Services Leader

About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our accounting advisory services practice, developing strategies to support clients through complex accounting matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical accounting advisory and related compliance implications, as well as established track record of building client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for significant sales or referrals
- Developing marketing plans and activities to keep pace with emerging practices and trends
- Supporting senior team members and providing knowledge and experience at critical points throughout projects
- Managing project budgets and ensuring retention of key clients
- Leading and managing projects in complex environments, identifying innovative solutions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Professional accounting experience, including audit or other assurance
- Strong understanding of technical accounting advisory and related compliance implications
- Established track record of building client relationships
- Experience in developing and delivering market and revenue plans
