Job Title: Compliance Advisory Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in developing and managing compliance frameworks, delivering strategic advice, and ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advisory services to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Manage obligations management activities including maintaining the library for Pacific entities.
  • Establish effective monitoring mechanisms for compliance practices.
  • Manage financial services and trustee licensing and authorisations of MMC entities.

The ideal candidate has experience in regulatory compliance or legal areas, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to provide pragmatic and strategic advice to Business, senior executives, and Board stakeholders.
