Job Title: Strategic B2B Marketing LeaderAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative marketing leader to drive our B2B marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement targeted marketing initiatives to achieve growth, acquisition, and retention goals for our large enterprise customers.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on objectives and develop segment-specific thought leadership content and communications.
  • Program Management: Lead end-to-end marketing programs across all managed account sub-segments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that support customer and commercial opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Translate customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research into actionable marketing strategies and tactical recommendations that address specific customer needs and pain points.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Proven track record in developing and executing integrated segment marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to build relationships across sales, customer success, and senior leadership teams.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management abilities, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus and adapting plans based on business needs.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing initiatives and challenge conventional thinking to deliver innovative solutions for complex customer challenges.
