Job Opportunity:

This role involves leading securitisation activities and managing risk.

  • Develop and implement strategies for the growth of securitisation in Australia, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and approvals for securitisation deals, covering a range of risks including market, liquidity, operational, and ESG factors.
  • Oversee regular reviews and stress testing to identify potential issues and escalate material risks.
  • Provide expertise on securitised asset classes and participate in Credit Committees to enhance credit policy and risk frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in developing and implementing new securitisation activities.
  • Deep knowledge of securitised products and asset classes.
  • Ability to manage complex transaction reviews autonomously, including deal structuring and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience conducting client due diligence visits and preparing detailed reports.
  • Solid understanding of relevant capital frameworks and rating methodologies applied to structured finance transactions.
