Job Title: Transport Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Transport Services Manager to oversee the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and timely transport of goods and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Management: Manage the procurement, maintenance, and fueling of transport vehicles and equipment.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with clients to understand transport needs, provide expert advice on vehicle selection, contractual obligations, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Transport Scheduling: Plan and implement transportation schedules to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Operations Management: Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintenance checks. Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational reports and statements.
About You:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive or rental industry.
  • Team Supervision: Proven experience supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Transport Expertise: Demonstrated experience in transport services management or fleet operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
