Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned transportation professional to oversee the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and timely transport of goods and passengers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement, maintenance, and fueling of transport vehicles and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients to understand transport needs, provide expert advice on vehicle selection, contractual obligations, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Plan and implement transportation schedules to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all transport activities.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive or rental industry.
  • Proven experience supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience in transport services management or fleet operations.
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards relevant to fleet operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, transportation, business administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive or rental industry.
