Job Title

A highly skilled Fleet Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the transportation of goods across Perth and Western Australia regions.

About the Role
  • The primary purpose is to coordinate distribution, monitor transportation efficiency, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce errors, and minimize costs.

You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and allocating workloads to ensure accurate delivery of customer orders on time while maintaining high safety and compliance standards. This role is vital in positively influencing the team and effectively sharing business strategies in an engaging and supportive way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and allocate daily truck routes and deliveries efficiently.
  • Schedule drivers based on capacity, demand, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries across Perth and Western Australia regions.
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure timely job completion.
  • Communicate with customers and drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Manage calls, emails, and bookings with accurate data entry.
  • Monitor fleet performance and schedule servicing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with teams, drivers, and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in transport, fleet control, or scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of Perth metro and Western Australia regions.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Skilled in planning and organizing driver runs.
