Job Title:

Airborne Mission Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Airborne Mission Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting training activities for E-7A Mission Crew, developing and delivering operator training solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct E-7A Mission Crew Instructor delivery for ongoing sustainment activities and train the trainer coach/mentoring tasks for emerging E-7 fleet support.
  • Analyze lesson framework needs and design operator training solutions and products to meet E-7A Aircraft Capability requirements.
  • Provide SME support to the development of essential E-7A courseware, primarily for Mission Crew, but also including Pilot and Maintenance training materials.
  • Conduct E-7A courseware continuous improvement tasks, pilot new courses with innovative processes and technology, working collaboratively with business partners.
Requirements:
  • Desirable Diploma Training Design and Development (TAE or equivalent qualification).
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience in AEW&C or AWACS environment as a Mission Crew Operator.
  • Previous experience as an instructor is desired, but not essential; we will support the right individual to achieve this qualification.
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
