Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of our employees.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Your extensive experience in adult learning and technical training will enable you to create engaging and interactive training sessions.

You will work closely with our project team to ensure that all training materials are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in meeting deadlines and achieving results.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Create and maintain training materials, including eLearning modules and video content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to inform future improvements

As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong background in adult learning and technical training, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to think critically and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in adult learning and technical training
  • Qualifications in TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
