Private Capital Fund Services Manager

**Job Role Overview:**

The Private Capital Fund Services Manager is responsible for the development, enhancement and service offering of private capital fund services for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and optimizing the service offer and profitability for products and services assigned to the APAC region.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of business plans aligned with global and regional private capital models.
  • Maintaining a data framework to enable management support for all private capital activities linked to enhancing alternative investor services.

**Additional Responsibilities:

  • Market and Product Strategy: Identify and validate target market segments in coordination with product heads; build and execute a product development roadmap, achieve and maintain competitive advantage, and meet agreed financial targets.
  • Product Management: Strengthen product functions for private capital fund services.

**Competencies Required:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the APAC region.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
